Tassili n'Ajjer - 1

Posted by
: Helen : (who is currently photographing in, Australia) on 6 October 2015 in Landscape & Rural.

I have been fiddling around with some old slides. I was quite happy with the way they came out. This was taken in Tassili n'Ajjer, an old water and wind worn plateau in Algeria near the borders of Libya, Niger and Mali in 1978. 'Tasili n Ajjer' in Berber means 'Plateau of the Rivers'. I spent a week trekking though this UNESCO World Heritage National Park with two Berber guides and their donkeys. An unforgettable experience.

I will respond to your kind comments as soon as I can. Thanks for dropping by!

That looks good. I did the same with all our old family slides. It is a good idea.
