A tribute to Nepal

Posted by
: Helen : (who is currently photographing in, Australia) on 26 April 2015 in Lifestyle & Culture.

It is with immense sadness I post this image photographed in Patan Durbar Square, Kathmandu. I dedicate this post to the peoples of Nepal and India who have survived the recent 7.8 magnitude earthquake.

This event has devastated the lives of many of the local people who have lost their loved ones, their family members, their homes and their livelihoods.

I pause to reflect on the local peoples and tourists who have so tragically lost their lives. The loss of significant and unique historical artefacts will also be felt the world over. Rest in peace.

I will respond to your kind comments as soon as I can. Thanks for dropping by!

Very nice from you this tribute to Nepal people, during this tragedy.
Yes, we must think a lot to all the families touched in their heart, to people who died, and to all these who are hurted.
