Children of Thailand 3

These boys were very curious , but not quite sure. I wasn't sure if I liked the original in colour or this black and white version.

Constructive feedback is your greatest compliment; caring enough to bother saying something ... thanks for visiting!

Wonderful! I'm not sure which one I prefer, they are both good! Was this taken inside BKK or out?

@Craig: No, this was taken in a Karen village along the Salaween River on the Thailand-Myanmar border somewhere NW of a town called Mae Sariang .

Dhini from Dordrecht, Netherlands

@Dhini: Thank you.

the thing i love about BW portraits is that you are more drawn to the eyes of the subject. in effect, the emotion somehow becomes the theme of your photo. and i must say, you captured their emotions very well! bravo!

@Chinky: I agree with you there. Thanks

Hi Helen! I apologize for the double post but wanted to thank you for confirming my suspicions. The children in BKK would not have that amazed look on their faces that you captured so cleverly. Well done Helen! I know you are having a blast! And thanks for this glimpse of amazing Thailand!
