How often do you feel like the pigeon on the top?
The guy at the bottom obviously has it all. Position ... position ... position.
Due to this status the rest of the flock defer to him/her/it .... sound familiar?
Are birds really all that different to us?

@amy: Ha, Ha. No not at all bitter.... just an observation of/from life. I thought about your question and I think I'd rather be the striving, hungry guy on top than the gloating fat one sitting on a gargoyle.
