Straight up shot taken early on a hot morning. The muted tones created by the mist caught my eye. (PS: Don't try to jog with a camera. Not a good idea!)

@Craiger: Thanks Craig. I loved the dog too and was thrilled this photo. I took another photo where the tones were far superior but the dog just didn't have the same pose or movement.

Great shot! I agree with Craiger - the dog really adds to the photo. Everything else seems so still, but that dog is just racing towards the water!

@martie: I agree with you about the dog. He was having a wonderful time retrieving the ball from the surf. I couldn't get my camera out of it's case quickly enough!
