What do you do when it is too dark to take photos?

Take them anyway [2]
-------------------------------------------------
Winter has fallen.
4ºC overnight brrrr.
Had to work all day in town :-(
I planned to take some photos afterwards :-)
It was cold ... rainy ... and worst of all ... too DARK!
I braced myself.
The photographer self.
"I can do this anyway.", I said.

I walked to the centre
I looked
I saw
I shot

This is something of what I saw.

The tone is harmonious and the low key adds an ethereal quality to the urban realism.
