You did a wonderful one, Helen. 22 May 2007 5:11pm Dimitrios from ATHENS, Greece-the nicest place in the world to walk with a friend! 22 May 2007 6:04pm Jason Kravitz from Brussels, Belgiumlooks like a nice place to hike around - I like how you can see the harsh lines cut through the rock - it makes a good walkway. 22 May 2007 9:05pm @Jason Kravitz: This is a fantastic place to hike. There is a 2 day track high up in the gorge. @Rene: Tiger Leaping Gorge is close to Lijiang in Yunnan Province, China. The Yangtzhe river comes hurtling down from the Tibetan mountains and makes it's first turn not far from here. It then hurtles into this narrow gorge. The power of the water can be seen in the next photo. Tokushi from CanadaThis is a nice shot. I like how it curves out and then back into the frame. 28 May 2007 1:16pm |
