MnX from PARIS, FranceWell spoted. I love the way it looks. You did well with the composition. I think it's hard tp have a good photo of long buildings like this one. 13 Dec 2006 7:32am @MnX: Thanks MnX. It was a split second decision to pull off the road. I actually took the shot out of the car window. Jason Kravitz from Brussels, Belgiumyou picked a great day to capture this shed (or got lucky on your drive ;-) the clouds add a nice touch - I like the way you've featured them with the building in the lower part of the image. 13 Dec 2006 12:28pm @Jason Kravitz: Thanks Jason. The positioning is just one of many things I have learnt from the experts in Am3. Duncan Galbraith from kyoto, JapanReally nice shot Helen. The clouds are a wonderful touch and the colours are lovely. The way that blue just ends with the reddy brown of the shed is fantastic. Great compostion too with the lowset horizon. 13 Dec 2006 3:19pm @Duncan Galbraith: Thanks to peoples' helpfulness and generosity 'Saturating' is another of the tricks I have learnt on Am3. Darren from JapanReally nice capture there Helen. The blue sky and clouds and composition are just great. 13 Dec 2006 4:04pm Martine Lapointe from Québec, CanadaVery good framing to accentuate th sky. Very beautiful :-) 13 Dec 2006 5:37pm Ali-G from Ottawa, CanadaThe sky is almost surreal - maybe its the clouds. Nicely done. 13 Dec 2006 6:53pm Michael Zhang from New York City, United StatesYou were able to retain great detail even though you took this out the window. Serene and beautiful colors. The soft focus is great too. 14 Dec 2006 12:41am Shuva Brata Deb from Hyderabad, IndiaI think the shed has gone a little out of focus and a little under exposed, where as the sky looks so wonderful that it looks unreal. 14 Dec 2006 5:04am |
