I do not know what this is. It is part of a footbridge around the lake where I walk, but it caught my attention.

Sweet, glad to see I am not alone in photographing wierd things I find just hanging around that I don't know the name of :). Maybe one day I will post some of the thingamagigs and whatchamacallits I have.
