Shuva Brata Deb from Hyderabad, IndiaInteresting, but sorry for those wires coming in between. 11 Nov 2006 5:44am Martine Lapointe from Québec, CanadaWow, very nice picture! What kind of tree is it? (The forester and botanist in me is asking!) 12 Nov 2006 12:03am @Martine Lapointe: The trees I have always known as Pencil Pines or what Plant Nurseries call 'Glauca Pencil Pines' are apparently really named Cupressus sempervirens. AliG from Ottawa, JapanI think the disjointed nature of the wires realy adds some interest to the picture - otherwise it would just be mirror images of trees. I like the effect. 12 Nov 2006 2:35am @AliG: Thanks Ali. That was my original intent with this shot .... a kind of man-made 'order' vs 'disorder' effect. |
